Customer Relations

Project Management
a project manager is assigned to each project
the project manager writes a scope and estimate of the work to be done using the industry approved computer program Xactimate
the project manager negotiates and agrees upon contract terms with the customer (including job costs and completion schedule)
job progress and updates are tracked through internet postings, emails, and phone communications
the project manager assigns the project to the NERS production team
Production Management
a production manager is assigned to each project
the production manager oversees NERS trades’ people and qualified subcontractors
the NERS project coordinator maintains daily scheduling of project progress, including NERS trades’ people and subcontractors
project diligence is maintained throughout the duration of the project, always adhering to the NERS mission of “quality work, on time, within budget!”
